Substituted poor/wrong pump w/o contacting me said they would send call tag four times and didnt Ripoff

Purchased new pump for my class act spa (magnatec 3.65 hp) as this is in a spa pack it needed to be the exact replacement but pump warehouse made a substitution that wont fit. Contacted them 5 times. Five times they said they would send a call tag and havnt yet (2 months ago) contacted my credit card co. To reverce charges. I was never contacted about substition or un availabilty of magnatec pump. Ended up purchaseing unit from class act THEY ARE A RIP OFF
