I purchased a fuel pump via ebay from this company. My mechanic attempted to install and it was the wrong pump. Too many hose connections (3), electrical plug didn't fit, even was smaller than original pump.
They hit me with the 'we've been in business over 22 years, you need a mechanic that knows what he's doing', and 'we have NEVER sold a jeep fuel pump with 3 hose connections on top'.
I emailed a pic of the pump and told them 'looks like 3 to me'. I had to purchase another pump locally to complete the job b/c my mechanic had other vehicles waiting to go up on the lift.
Upon receiving the pics of the pump, they said to send it back for exchange. I notified them that was not acceptable, pump had been replaced, needed refund only. They replied to send it back with proof of payment, which I did.
Once they got the pump back, they once again claimed it was the right pump and cut off communications with me. They now have the pump and my money, not to mention the full price I had to pay in the autoparts store for a new one.
My new pump even had the same part number as the one they sent, but no doubt they were different. Their phone number doesn't even work! Rings a couple times then goes to fax.
