Here is a prime example of the spin bluegreen representatives put up in an attempt to smooth things over and cover up their deceptive business practices. This is the bluegreen lie that I posted first on my twenty bluegreen lies document. This is word for word, copied and pasted from the original document.
1. There are more than 35 Bluegreen resorts to explore. (Blueturd claim)
Bluegreens gives potential purchasers the impression that it owns thirty-five or more resorts in which club members can chose from. But through attempting to secure vacation reservation in Alabama we were told that Bluegreen does not own resorts in Alabama but only has an interest in them. The sales module list thirty-six resorts individually with a 2-3 page description. Judging by a small indicator in the lower right hand corner of some of the resort descriptor pages it states. A Bluegreen Vacation Club Resort. Of the thirty-six descriptor pages listed fourteen has this indicator. So in my opinion, at the time of this module publication Bluegreen in reality owned fourteen resorts, not more than thirty-five. (my comment)
Bluegreens response to the claim;
In the first point, David mentions that his ownership materials indicate that we had 35 resorts at the time that they purchased their ownership, but claimed that the actual amount of available rooms across the Club was limited. As of February our owners have access to 44 resorts, most of which we either developed or manage. Collectively, this represents more than 1.3 million room nights available to Vacation Club owners on an annual basis.
My response to blueturds psycho-babble;
As anyone can see I made no accusation whatsoever about limited availability across the club concerning the rooms availability. I am describing the incident involving the Alabama resort. There were actually five resorts we requested reservations but were rejected to all five.
We are not discussing February. We are discussing occurrences that happen in July.
This person admits that they don't own (developed or manage) the resorts that they claim. One would assume that if there were 1.3 million room nights available to vacation club owners, and one asked for reservations 11 months in advance, requested five different resorts (six if one counts Destin which appeared on Blueturds CD) you could make a reservation after spending almost $16,000.00 dollars. So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to the conclusion that you have turned your hard earned money over to the wrong people.
9. Going where and when you want can be as simple as picking up the phone and calling our Owner Reservation department at 800-456-CLUB (2582). (blueturd claim)
By reading the above you know this is a lie. (By my own experience)
10. Essentially, you purchased a certain number of Points that are tied to deeded ownership. This means you own your vacation just like you own a house or a car. (blueturd claim)
Let me ask all of you. How many of you call your contractor or realtor to see if you can stay in your home or other dwelling?
How many of you call your car dealer to see if you can drive your car? Now you see what a BS statement number ten is.
11. Simply call and we'll roll out the red carpet. (blueturd claim)

(Oh I did that. Eleven months in advance. Guess what? No vacancies at five locations)
16. One of the best things about Bluegreen vacation club is that you'll never have to pay for resort accommodations again-your vacation is already paid for. (blueturd claim)
Wow! How do they get away with making statements like this? I have paid these blueturd thieves almost $16,000.00 dollars and this summer we will be vacationing outside of the club because a club membership is worthless. So if I spend say $2,000.00 this summer out of pocket that will basically mean that I have paid almost $18,000.00 dollars for a one week vacation thanks to blueturd.
17. Finally, it makes sense to own a vacation-just like you would a home or car. (blueturd claim)
There's that home and car statement again. It must work well with their scam.
20. If an owner calls with a problem, it is tracked until the matter is resolved. (blueturd claim)
Well I have been after this matter relentlessly since September. The best I have gotten is an offer of about 75% of the monies blueturd stoled from me through theft by deception. Blueturds lawyer are revealing the fact that they are as big of liars as blueturd sales people. Oh and they wanted me to sign a paper stating that they had the right to sue my a*
of whenever they got ready.
The remainder of the twenty lies document are basiclly lies by default.
Take my advice and the advice of the other blueturd victims and avoid blueturd as if they had they plague.
