I was promised that Stainsafe would take care of me should I have any problems with my leather furniture over the next five years. When the leather cracked and finally ripped, I called to file a claim. They weazled their way out saying I didn't report the cracking in a timely basis. When I said it had finally torn - the real damage that is listed on my warranty card - I was told it was unserviceable because I didn't report the cracking first. Come on... The tear is the damage! From what I've seen from other reports on this site, I am not alone. I wonder if they have ever honored any claims. Don't be sold this lie on any future purchases! I sure won't.
