In November I was contacted by Copeland Marketing. They claimed they could and would list my timeshare properties. One they claimed would sell for about $19,900, the other for $21,900, making my cost to use this company $1200 for both listings. Prior to remitting money or signing a contract I did check with the BBB and this company was listed with no complaints filed against them.
After several months with no contact from them I tried to call the phone number I had for them, phone disconnected or not in service. Since then I have noticed that they are not listed with the BBB.
Sometime mid 2006 I received a call from a man that claimed he was with Copeland Marketing, wanting to know if I wanted to list my timeshare/s with them. I told him I had already done this and I would like to speak with a supervisor. The man hung up the phone.
Hopefully enough complaints will be filed that someone will be able to get answers to our questions and complaints and better yet get all of us reimbursed.
