Ripped me off for my kids chistmas present

I bought a Pool table online online from this company for my kids Christmas present, after many e-mails and endless phone calls I was one of the lucky ones and got a Pool Table on 18th December 08 (not the one we ordered) but never got all the other stuf fI paid for. Ellan sent me an e-mail said the rest of the stuff would come in 5 days that was a month ago and they still owe me $550 refund on the wrong Pool table. Now all the phone lines are off and no e-mail answers some one could have let us know what happened. Steve
