And Heating Pricey, owner was very rude

Polestar heating is a complete rip-off:
1. They charge way more than other local competitors do for similar work.
2. When I came in to the store and politely asked about the charges, Mark Snell (owner) was very rude. How would you like it if someone point their finger at your face and refer to you as "people like you"?
3. Questionable diagnostics, possibly so that they can perform more (unecessary) work and thus charge more.

My Lennox furnace was 3.5 years old - builder's grade. I change filters (3M) every 3 months - as recommended. I have no pets. It broke down one cold winter day. Since I was on their service plan, I called Polestar. Turned out limit switch tripped because the 2-month old filter was dirty.
Here's my bill (I WAS on their silver plan, so this supposedly includes the 10% off):

- Replace Limit Switch - Material & Labor: $128
- Clean & Flush Coil - Material & Labor: $245
- Clean Blower Mtr & Wheel - Material & Labor: $185

The work took about 2 hours. First item was understandable. But $430 for cleaning? Was it really necessary for a 3.5 y. O furnace? GIVE ME A BREAK!
They tried to pad their bill some more by charging $120 for 12 no-name 16x25 filters. That's what you would pay retail for 3M branded filters at local Home Depot, not a no-name.
