Dropped deposit

In April and August I settled the corporation an overall total around $4000 like a 50% of cost of the BBQ. Since December I attempt to contact them requesting the shipping of the BBQ, First they explained that they can not provide before January. Today they do not answer any telephone call. The sibling of the dog owner, G. Bovard, explained that his buddy has submitted for bankruptcy, however the documents of the bankruptcy in the San Bernandino Bankruptcy Judge doesn't verify it by January 12.

I want guidance to understand how I will recover my income.
