Can someone explain to me why the leads NAA sells to their producers do not have the date of when the homeowners filled out the lead and mail it in? I question how old the "A" leads are when disbursed by the managers due to my calling of several 'A" leads, and many of the individuals on the lead have no idea what I am calling about, even after going through the phone script and explaining the purpose of the call. Why is there not a line for when the lead is filled out? Anyone ever bounce that off of Andy Albright, guru of lead production. I have sent him many e-mails, and of course have not received any reponse back (go figure)? And I have been told quite a few times that the closing date of the lead (when recorded in the local courthouse) is not correct either.
But the date the is filled out is no where to be found. WHY? Why is it not on the lead mailed back so the agent can see REALLY how long ago the lead was filled out... Especially with "A" leads.
