We bought shutters in August. Some did not shut, and one panel was damaged. We called for repair. All Shutter frames still need touch-up paint where they are put together. Some shutter frames are loose. Calls were repeatedly ignored. When finally we did communicate appointments to pick up damaged panels were not kept. On average we call four to five times before a call is returned. Two panels were taken for repair after a month and should return same day, or within a few days. The panels have been out for repair for more than six weeks now. We did not get any calls on the delay, nor did the company return our calls. We have a privacy issue, since one of the panels is in a street facing window. Paper temporary blinds were promised but not delivered. The frames still need touch-up paint.
