Rude employees and poor service!

My daughter ordered flowers for her grandmother's 84th birthday on Firday (12-15-06). Upsie delivered them to the wrong house and they sat outside for several hours. They told my mother that she should go get her own flowers that they were two doors down. They delivered the flowers 6 blocks away to a duplex that is empty. The floral shop then told her they would deliver new flowers on Sat. Mother waited till 11:30 and had to leave for a grandson hockey game out of town. She called the floral shop and they said they would deliver in the afternoon. She told them she would not be home till 6:00.

She called me to call them and talk to them. My daughter lives in Chicago and the shop is in Champaign, Il. She is over due with a baby and stressed out, so I was handling this.

I called the shop and a minute into the conversation the employee hangs up on me. She would not let me even ask a question. I tried for several minutes and each time she woould pick up the phone and hang up wihtout a word. So my sister calls and does not say anything about the flowers and as soon as she ask to speak to the manager and her name the girl hangs up. I then call back a an hour later and get a different employee who I ask her name and ask who else is working just Linda. We did not use vulgar language at all.

I sent and email and so has my sister to Deb Hummel with no reply. (Dec 16 and 17.)

The Flower shop is Chicago wanted to resend the flowers at no cost to My Mom and Upsie Daisy refused to do so. They said this was very unprofessional. On Upsie website they state they go the extra mile!

Rude employees and poor service are what they offer. They ruined the gift me daughter was giving to her grandmother and caused her more stress to her already stressed out state. Upsie would even let me tell this on the phone. All they wanted to do was hang up on customers.
