I had called to request help from wallcovering.com and the customer service agent rudely puts me on hold and asks for me to gove her a call back number. She never called me back. The Following day, this being November the 14th, I returned the call as politely as possible. Once again, rudely interupts me and hangs up the phone.
I have lost time filing this complaint.
I have lost money filing this complaint.
I no longer will do business with this company.
