I wanted everyone to know that the Maytag store in Littleton Colorado less than customer service oriented and is simply in business to take your money and run. I purchased Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum cleaner from the store at 8116 West Bowles Ave #E Littleton Colorado 80123, owner is Rob Pekenon.
The appliance has several items wrong with it and I asked for the repair facility. After going to the facility this store directed me to I found out they only service the larger appliances so I called the Maytag store.
Mike at the Maytag store gave the repair facility another address but was unsure if they would service the Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum under warranty. At this point I am a very upset customer. I have to travel 45 minutes to the wrong repair facility and am about to travel another 30 minutes and Mike is not even sure if they will be able to help. I no longer will support Maytag or Hoover because of this experience. I told Mike that I would be to the store to collect my refund and terminate my business with Maytag.
After a commute across town, I arrived to be told that Maytag will not be able to refund the money. I spoke with an operations manager by the name of Brian Maypol who offered no assistance and offered that Mike could direct me to a location that could service the Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum. Let me reiterate that I do not want to support Maytag, drive across the town or ever want to have this type of customer service delivered again. I offered to Brian that I will instead wave banners and stand in areas exercising my first amendment right letting as many people know the potential customer service issues, lack of commitment, no servicing ability and over all bad business practices.
I would ask once again that my money be refunded so I can find a business and product line that is worth my money, time and effort.
