This by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with and believe me NEVER AGAIN!!!
It all began on September 5th. My mother and father baught us a furniture set for one of our wedding gifts on September 5. Purchased the 5 yr Diamond Supreme. Sometime in November my 3 year old son accidentally cut both the couch and love seat. Stainsafe accepted my claim. They advised me that it would have to be replaced fabric was no longer available after not hearing anything after 8 weeks I called waited for ever on hold come to find out they found a company that had the fabric advised me I would be recieving my "FABRIC" in the mail within 8-12 weeks instead I got a letter dated December 15th saying now part replacement authorization please allow another 8-10 weeks based on availability, oh but wait...
