Robert Smith owner of this company established a partnership and then stole money, equipment and other assets from us. He has filed false police reports with accusations of theft, sexual advances towards his daughter, battery and claims of forgery against us. We are now in the middle of a civil suit against him for all this.
Meanwhile he continues to work and we have to pay lawyer fees and he has all our equipment in the building we rented together. He is known to use workers and then cancels their payroll checks, use subcontrators and then doesn't pay them and he changes the business name every few years to dodge lawsuits. The businesses are always incorporated so you can't usually touch his personal assets.
He's been known to collect on jobs we did by conning homeowners that do not wish to get involved with a partnership gone bad then does not live up to his contracts with the customer. Anyone that has done business with him please beware and think twice.
