I ordered a wall unit for my 62" television in the color black. First I waited 2 months to recieve it because they always had an excuse as to why it was not recieved. I kept catching the manager in lies as far as what supposobly happened and why it was delayed. Then they call me one day to tell me that it is here and ready to be delivered, so I tell them that I'am not home to recieve it.
I call my husband and tell him to be home at around 5 P.M. So that they may drop it off. They dropped it off, my husband put it together and then I got home. This wall unit is so UGLY. It's brown my tv does not fit and its very small and to top it off its not the correct style that I wanted it.
I call the store immediately and told them they did a bunch of running around and said that its not there problem my tv doesnt fit and that I had specifically ordered it brown and that the seller even told me that it was brown and that i said "ok". Point being is that i spent $600 on a wall unit (if you can call it that) on which my tv doesnt fit, the style is not what I ordered and the color is not black.
I will never buy anything from this store and dont recommend anyone else going there.
