Today is September 6. I ordered two sofa sets totaling $4500 from this company. First order's delivery time was 6-8 weeks, which ended on August 4th. Second order's delivery time was 4-6 weeks, which ended on August 11th. So far I have not received either orders. I am calling them for the last one full month
trying to find status. They are keep on telling me that I will receive it next week.
I told them to cancel my orders. They said I will be charged 30% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.
This is a rip-off company who trained their employees to liar and misleads customers. Jennifer Chapman (customer service manager) told me on August 2nd that my first order has been shipped, so far no delivery of my sofas. I am calling them twice a week and they are telling me it has been shipped.
I left message for Jennifer Chapman's manager who did not even return my call. They charge my credit card the day I ordered. I received zero customer service from this company. This is no way of doing business.
