Braxton Village, a Fortis Home, promised a pool to the residents as a ploy to get people to buy their homes. After living in the community for two years, we got a group of the developer and builder along with homeowners together.
The conclusion was that their would not be a pool in our community... Kind of tough luck. We dropped the issue until we found out that they are still promising people a pool.
THERE IS NO POOL and there is no homeowner's association. DOn't let them fool you with their lies. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
They will try and do anything to get a sale! Be very weary of this group.
