I asked for a quote on a refrigerant recharge on our outside unit central air conditioning and was promised one. When the two technicians arrived they were consistently rude to us and refused to do what had been promised.instead they wanted to look around at anything they pleased in order to suggest other work to do. I had not asked for any of that and the person who took my order clearly understood I didn't want any of that and had fully agreed to simply a refrigerant recharge quote. For the one day late she had also said that $40 would be taken off any work done. That made the techs even ruder when I told them that. They refused to do what they had been sent to do and left.
