I ordered Pro Seal on March 27 and they said it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. I waited and nothing. I called on June 27th and received the "We mailed it out and it must have gotten lost. We will resend it but now it's on back order and will take 4-6 weeks." Today, July 6th I looked at my c/c statement and low and behold another charge for a steamer happened on June 6. I didn't order the steamer. Called and they said they would process the refund. When the young lady answered I got "Hello?" not "Pro Seal, how may I help you?" This just seems odd.
