I ordered a pump/filter unit from these people on May 29. They took my money RIGHT AWAY and sent an email with a tracking # from fed ex. But the tracking says "info sent only".
Aeveral days later I contacted the [email protected] by email and recieved the standard autorespond of "we will contact you in 24-48hrs". Well there was no response for several days so I called the 1-800 number and talked to whomever. I gave them my name and order # and they said there was nothing they could do and that the service dept. Would handle it.
Well I have sent several more emails to the service dept. With no response whatsoever other than the infamous autoresponse. I have called twice and can get no further than "the service dept. Will handle it".
I have now sent a written request asking for my money back as per my conversation with the live person on the phone. But it has now been 2 months with no response and it seems I will have to proceed filing complaints, and legal proceedings.
