These guys sport an "international institute of carpet and upholstery certification" in their "yellow book" advertisement. They do not belong to this institute and are NOT CERTIFIED BY THEM! I already turned them in for that! The guy I spoke to on the phone said they had a minimum $49.99 fee to come out (I only needed one vacant room done) The guy told me they would not charge any extra for pre conditioning and could remove all odors and stains in the one room. The red flag should have went up when in the 1st 30 seconds he tried to upsell me $30 (making it $80.00) to get the odor out!!! I just figured the owner probably didn't tell their worker and refused the extra $30 because he said he wouldn't charge any extra for 1 room. They were in and out of there in 20 minutes - two days later the odor still remained (carpet was only 3 years old)
Call him back up and was told they would be out on Monday - they never showed up or called. Called him back again - he says "didn't you get my message on Saturday - we are not comming back out - you needed to pay the extra $30 while we were there - LIAR!!! They also sport a Christian fish logo on their ad. They have no physical address (how would you serve them with a lawsuit?) the only phone number is a cell number serviced by Nextel Communications. I will complain to BBB - I tried to put a stop order on my check - you guessed it - they cashed it the next day!!! Brite spots are scumbag slime suckers - the worst of the worst!!! I am going for ceramic tile and wood from now on... Lets put em all out of business!!!
