Toubl Contracting ripoff Roofing Contractors $ 9,400.00 for a FREE INSPECTION Acworth

Acworth Exteriors billed me $ 9,400.00 for a so called FREE INSPECTION.

They ran a half page ad in the LaGrange Daily News for FREE INSPECTIONS 1-11 shortly after a Hail Storm in LaGrange 12-28.

I called and met with Jay Fugate to look at a roof and when he found out I had rental property he offered to look at all of them. He said he would fix the roof for what ever the insurance company paid. When I got my insurance check I call him and he said there was no way he could fix the roofs for what they paid.

I thought that was the end of that. Later I got a bill dated 5-12 for $ 9,400.00.

I filled a report with The Better Business Bureau and got a responce from Acworth Exteriors President, Jeremy Toubl where in he said that Jay used his gas and his time on these inspections and I should compensate him for that. $ 9,400.00
