This is a letter I wrote to the govenor, the city of acworth and some newspapers. All are claiming they want to wait until there is a complaint before they do anything. I used the information that I received from my insurance adjuster and got the public records on most of the people that work for Akworth Exteriors and it is true. They are thieves, they have multiple DUI's, they have been arrested for fraud, etc, I have copies of thier reports. Please read the letter below and advise on what angle I can take this to get them shut down.

I am writing you today with some very disturbing news. I thought I should write to all of you since you have family and friends that live in Acworth so you can warn them as well.
Recently, Acworth and surrounding areas were devastated by a hail storm. Usually this wouldn't alarm anyone, but in this instance it may. One thing I ask of you is to please keep this confidential. I have two small children at home and I do not need any of my information getting out. Thanks.
I guess I consider myself lucky to not have fallen into the cyclone of problems this company is going to cause for our community. The other day a very nice insurance adjuster stopped by my house to check my house for damage from the hailstorm. This insurance adjuster works all over the United States for claims like these. My adjuster told me to get three quotes before doing anything. And he also warned me and my husband that some companies are not from GA and to be careful of their practices, he knows all of the Acworth salesmen from other storms he has been to. He said the owner of Acworth just left Ohio in February (which is very strange because the BBB is claiming that they have been in business for 3 years).
He also said that two of Acworth's salesmen have multiple DUI's in OH and should not even be driving in the state of Georgia; one of the double DUI record is Jason Beadnell. The icing on the cake was when he told me that one of Acworth's salesmen has a felony in OH from stealing money from a homeowner. I felt so vulnerable.
Being the very analytical person that I am I started looking deep into this company and come to find out Acworth Exteriors is NOT local as they claim. The owner of this company is not even from GA and has only been in business for 3 months. I looked into the companies that he said they made up or worked for in the past and called a few references.
Everything that the nice adjuster told me was being confirmed. There was one lady in Ohio that told me Jeremy Toubl, the president of Acworth Exteriors, had her write him a personal check to his personal name and not the company he worked for, this was in December. Another gentleman stated that Chad Yates (a co-owner of Acworth Exteriors) was his sales representative in Canton Ohio just in January of this year. The company that Nathan Laube worked for in Canton, Ohio confirmed that Nathan has a warrant out for his arrest in Ohio for stealing an $8,902.69 check from a homeowner and cashing it into his personal bank account. I have enclosed the check and the e-mail she received from the Detective in Canton, Ohio.
This is very disturbing to me. I don't feel that this company should be allowed to practice contracting in the State of Georgia. After they have made their money they are going to leave all of us high and dry. There will be no warranties or guarantee that any of us will receive repairs if something goes wrong. All of the references I called confirmed that these are not good people and we should not trust them in our homes.
The one thing that sets this company apart from the rest of the gypsies that have moved into our community is that they are smart. They have logos, business cards, a local phone number and they are even registered in the BBB (for 3 years now, which is a lie).
I think that someone should contact our BBB and let them know that this company has only been doing business in the State of Georgia for less than 3 months. That cannot be legal to misrepresent a company like that.
I have already written to the local news stations, newspapers and the BBB. But I am not getting any sort of response.
