My wife & I contracted out this individual to do work on our home. I made sure he was fully insured as a contractor & he was. He was refered to us by a highly respected business owner in our community. As he was working he slipped & fell off of a ladder coming down from my porch roof. He is suing for $70,000.
I would sugest to anyone thinking of hiring him for work to consider this & to protect themselves from any fraud.
I do not want to go into further details of the case at this present time. After all is said & done I will post the results.
