Hurricaine Wilma destroyed my home. My general contractor Mark Melchi of whom it turned out that he was not licensed contracted with Rocio's Roofing and Repairs. They were available immediately. He paid them $7500 down. They came out and replaced my roof.
The problems that came after is they never finished the job. They never had a permit on display, there were no inspections. The city made them take the roof off. They did so on September 1y in a deluge of rain. This caused more water to come into my home after we had just moved back in.
Jimmy Maghan showed up and he was attempting to dry my roof with a leaf blower. Alot of good that did. I have another mold issue.
They have not offered to make good on this. I had to spend another 20k on a new roof with a different contractor. When i hired the new contractor that had the job done within 10 days.
My attorney has since gotten a default judgment against Jimmy and Rocios Roofing.
