Stole money, sued him, won judgement, still won't pay, closed bank accounts Ripoff

We contracted Mr. Beck to fix our central air conditioning. He allegedly fixed it but it still didn't work after we paid him $1600. After many many calls he finally came to repair his "new unit". Our insurance company was supposed to reimburse us for paying him, but sent Mr. Beck a check directly. So he got paid twice for a poor job.

Mr. Beck would not return repeated calls until I called pretending to be someone else looking to hire him. He agreed to send us the insurance companies payment back. He never did so we sued him. He never showed up in court so we won a default judgement.

My stupid lawyer made the mistake of telling him we had his bank account information, so he closed his accounts so we could not collect. He is probably doing this to many people. I hope he is hiding in his cave.
