This company is taking advantage of home owners in trouble. They will promise you the moon.
*After you get the first letter from your lender/servicer, you will be invoiced by this companies account department (HA HA, they don't have one).
*Once you pay them, your money disappears, and they will not return your phone calls.
*They are NOT registered with the Sarasota BBB, or Sarasota County.
*They do have an active file and complaints with the Florida Attorney's General Office.
*In Florida, it is law that you supply a contract, and collect no up-front fees. They get around this by telling you they have preformed the service. Call your bank. You will discover quickly that they have not accomplished anything, and you will lose your money.
