On 02/08, paid 100.00 dollars down on a loveseat, went back a frew weeks later to pay the balance in full. The manger james, told me that the loveseat was out of stock, he could order it for me, it will take 6 weeks, i ask mr. James to just give me a refund back, because i have paid for the furniture to be moved, and needed to fanialize all idems to be moved that day.
Mr. Joe, another manager, informed me that all my information would be faxed to the contact store which is in conyers ga. And that manager mr. Bryant would cut a check and mail it to me. 3 weeks passed, no check, i call back to follow up and that when i started to get the run-a round. I countine to call mr. Bryant trying to solve this matter, i spoke to him 5 differant times.
So i personal went back to the store where this all started, i was told that I will NOT GET MY MONEY BACK-BUT I COULD PURCHASE THE LOVESEAT IT IS IN STOCK NOW. However this is now MAY-11- 2006 3 months later. As a consumer, i fell taken advanage of, treated wrong, and my money was taken. So what happen to my $100.00 dollars who"s pocket did it end
up in. This is truley wrong and BAD BUESNESS.
Some one really need to investagate, i"m all most sure that they have pleanty of un happy coustmers.
