I purchased a couch, loveseat, and recliner on March 11th. When I got home I realized that the rear legs to the loveseat were not within the packaging with the front legs, human error.
I placed a phone call the following Monday to let them know that I had not received the rear legs to my loveseat. The employee said he would talk to the manager and contact me back that day. Tuesday rolled around and I still hadn't received a call. I called again that day and was told the same thing, still no call that day. That Friday I called and they told me that the legs had been mailed.
It is now April 19th and I still do not have my rear legs for my loveseat. Upon every phone called made to the store they ask for my address and say they will be mailed to me immediatelly.
I know this complaint is justabout the failure to receive legs, but my loveseat is sitting directlly on my floor right now. I paid for the legs and was told on at least 7 occasions that they would be mailed.
