PMR Won't honor written contract won't return phone calls Ripoff

Mr. John E. Payne, owner of Professional Mobile Remodeling won't return 7 phone calls to his office.

Two roofing companies said that PMR used nails to hold down base cap, and that's a NO! No! In the roofing industry. His "peers" said it was an easy fix, but he won't even come to inspect his work. Will cost almost $10,000 to fix the roof and ceiling where it leaked inside the house.
