The owner of the bar Cellblock, Bill Jackson does not pay his employees on time. His paychecks which are supposed to come twice a month are sometimes delayed weeks at a time.in the time that I was employed through Bill Jackson, it was fairly common to have a paycheck be delayed an the average of a week. At one point I waited six weeks for my paycheck.in fact, when I left my job with The Cellblock my last paycheck which should have been for two weeks pay (about $360.00) was about $750.00; about four weeks of payment that he owed me upon leaving The Cellblock. Bill Jackson also was completely negligent in sending me my W2 forms, which I still have not received leaving me no recourse but to file for an extension on my taxes and a delay of my income tax return. Bill Jackson had several employees earning wages off the books being payed under the table when I left in September of 07.
