Over the phone, In December we ordered a $99.00 special, (2 vacuums and a steamer) and the company took $404.00 out of our bank account and sent us 4 vacuums no steamer. First, we tried to get the ordered straighten out, but the customer services were for all purposes not existing. The staff we did talk with at the address 4900 Zambrand St.in Commercer, Calif. 90040, phone number (323) 201-4546, were not helpful, arrogant and though are inquires were funny. They give us a phone number (800) 716-8667 that was always busy and then a New York phone number (212) 575-0500, that when some one did answer, they would leave you on the phone for more then 45 minutes or until you hang up.
After not getting the ordered right, we sent the whole order back to the 4900 Zambrand St.in Commercer, Calif. 90040 address, requesting a full refund of our money. We went through the same process described above trying to get our $404.00 dollars debit back into our account. They are totally refusing to return our money by telling us it would take a month of be refunded, then that they only post of Fridays, and then that we had to talk with their New York Department who will not come back on the phone to talk with us. Tomorrow it will be 4 months and we still have not had our money returned.
IGIA Windstorm Company needs to be stop, I notice that there are over 85 complaints about the IGIA Windstorm Company on the rip off website. Please lets stop this company from thief and doing bad business. I feel they should be put out of business, because all they are doing is stealing from innocent consumers. They obvious have been able to get away with this type of rip-off, because of their arrogant attitude. They think there is nothing a consumer can to do them, so they just keep doing and staying in business.
Please help us get out money back and stop Windstorm from ripping off other consumers.
