Charles Ray Sellers "Chase", Chuck, are the names that he goes by. He is a real charmer and knows how to charm, make you belive he is a Bussiness man. Owning all kinds of Equipments, cars Rental houses, Jet Skies, trucks and boats and any thing he thinks will lead your heart and money into.
This man talked me into buying him a One Tone truck so that he could build pools, because his was in Myrtle Beach S.C. And did't want to get it. He told me he would pay me back and never has. More went on, now he needs me to get him some Bussness cards so that he could get work.
Now he Goes into Maxwell Pool's in Boling Springs N.C. And gets the owner Wayne to get him some work. His first job was an above ground pool. David Baguskis at 352 Dewitt Rd. Ruthford N.C. 28139 gave him $1075.00 to put the pool he had bought at Maxwell pools together. Chase never got this mans pool done and has never called him back after telling him he would pay him the money back. This man has written me letters and called me wnting his money and expects me to pay him because Cahse told him it was mine and his Bussness.
Now I will have to pay this man or lose my home from a lawsuit. It has not stoped. I have had to get a restraning order on this man and have to listen to my answering machine and hear his threats and now he is going to put leans on my proporities if I don't pay him $7,500.00. He has took tools, 2 Edge trimmers, My pool pum that I just bought for my pool that was still in the box, and Shuvels, rakes and my pride.
Also he calles family members expecially my father telling him all kinds of lies about me, trying to make himself look better and gain his confedance. He has was to make people belive every thing he say's. This man is a real con and watch out for him he will also tell woman that he is fixed. Do not belive this man. He has destroyed not only my pride, life and my ability to trust people but he riped my heart out, stomped on it and also cleared my bank acount because he never had any money.
