APPLIANCES ripoff, non-caring company, crooked, crappy appliances, worthless management

I purchased a side by side refridgerator from this company and was given four defective refridgerators in less than a week. To make a long story short, customer service, all the way to the CEO has a lot to be desired. Not only were my wife and I treated with disrespect as a 1st time customer with defective merchandise, we could not get any help getting our money back. You see, Conn's, DOES NOT LIKE TO GIVE MONEY BACK.

On the 2nd, replacement that cost us hundreds of dollars more and a service contract that I could of cared less about, we thought our problems were resolved. They weren't.

We begged for our money back, still have not got money for food spoiled from the first refridgerator, or a phone call from the CEO. We have been conned at CONN'S. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, not unless you want to deal with incompetant idiots.
