I ordered nine flood vents for a foundation in September. Made numerous inquiries during the months of October, November and December. I was first told that they were flooded with orders from Hurricane Katrina, a delay of three weeks. I was then told that a fire in their manufacturing facility would cause a delay until January.in January I received two emails with few details that said the company had suspended operations because of a management individual going over to a competitor and some sort of treachery that was taking place. Basically, this whole thing reads like a bad soap opera. After almost five months and out over three hundred dollars and with my insurance company threatening to cancel my home owners insurance, I am fed up.
