Colonial homes sold us the Foyes a mobile home in 1998. We had several issues unresolved. We were told to take it to arbitration. The arbitrators ruling was in our favor for$9069.00 They refused to pay. They obtained legal representation.
David Schiller lawyer to vacate the judgement. The courts in Durham denied this motion and ordered an 8% per annum interest be added to the judgement from oct of 1999. Mr. Schiller and cdm/dba colonial homes refuse to comply with this order
