I had a four unit building in Elmhurst that I listed with Bob Schiller to sell for me. The asking price was around $500,000. Another agent in his office, Bonnie Falco, found a buyer almost immediately. It turned out that this Falco woman was in a partnership with the buyer and they turned the building into condo's immediately and sold them for almost 1,000, 000. It was not right for Bob Schiller to have done that and that building could have sold for a lot more. I will never forgive him.
