Ripoff $1093.85 taken from credit card, no goods received, no refund after cancellation Internet

I went to the website www.oztool.com and ordered tools to the value of A$1019.07. I initially believed this to be an Australian based company.

When I checked my credit card statement, $1093.85 had been taken.

I never received any goods, so cancelled the order and did not receive my money back. I note the website is now "temporarily unavailable".

The email saying I would get reimbursed came from mydv although previous emails were from oztool, so obviously linked.
