This company have taken money from our credit card without authorisation after we ordered a digital camera from them. The amount authorised and invoiced for differs to that taken, in our words FRAUD. The goods have never been delivered and we have sent numerous emails cancelling this order without a response. Their website claim that they are based in the UK but we have since found out that they are actually based in the USA. We have been ringing the telephone numbers given continuously during day and night but all we get is that the mail box is full.
This company have ruined our christmas as this camera was a present for my son and as the money has not been refunded we cannot afford to purchase anything else for him.
We just need to warn other people not to use this company and be ripped off as we have been, as it appears we have a big fight on our hands to get our money back.
Please, please, please warn other people of this company!
We would appreciate any help that can be offered to help us get our money back and for these people to be investigated and charged.
