I placed an order for 5 mini blinds on 08/04/04. When they were not delivered on time I began contacting Window Visions monthly. Each month I was given a different excuse for non-delivery.
(1.) September - company was out of operation due to the hurricane.
(2.) October - the order was lost and had to be reinstated.
(3.) November - order was scheduled for shipping within 2 weeks.
(4.) December - Order not complete because of delays at the California manufacturer.
(5.) January - order scheduled to be manufactured in New Jersey.
(6.) February - New Jersey company was sold and order was misplaced.
(7.) order to be shipped from New Jersey in February. (8.) March - Finally, Bob stated that Window Visions had been sold and he is just an employee. He said I should contact Visa to get my refund, 6-months after he had received payment from Visa.
This is absurd and blatantly fraudulent given the history of this company's consumer abuse.
