This contractor bid for our jobs and promised a certain standard of work.in the end, he worked on three separate buildings simultaneously... And unfortunately, before we knew any better.By the time our tenants moved in, it was too late, as this contractor was nowhere to be found, nor did he return our phone calls.
We were left with phone lines that didn't work; cable lines that did not work; electrical circuits that would overload or continually trip the breakers rendering them useless and costing us even more in repairs; illegally rigged toilets with no venting so now sinks and toilets gurgle; inferior products were used in place of the ones specified and paid for; glass shower doors that fell out of tracks and shattered; countless electrical problems; & appliances that didn't work right due to faulty installation.
Richard Hart is a worthless scammer and I only hope people read this before they get taken by him and his lack of morals.
