In September I purchased a Gorilla UTV from Shawn Hart Marketing after researching several other dealers via the internet. I chose Hart because they stated in their advertisement that the list price included shipping, warranties. The price listed was $3995. After receiving my UTV I discovered that Hart had charged my credit card for $4689.75. There was no accompanying paperwork with the shipment so I contacted Hart on two occasions requesting paperwork. I was told that they would send the paperwork out to me. I have not received anything from Hart two months later.
I contacted my credit card company and they have refused to chargeback the additional charges. My next step to to file a report with the state attorney general.
If you are considering purchasing a UTV from Hart, I recommend you look at other dealers and there are several.
