I also orderd the laser storm and was told that it would take about six weeks for delivery it never came. So I started calling and I got a live person twice and they said that I had orderd two sets of vacums so they took $370 out of my bank account I had only order one set.
I called singer lazer to ask what was going on they told me they would refund my acount and that it would take a couple of weeks for the reund to happen it never happend.
I have been calling at least once a week but only get a recording no one picks up the phone and there is no phone option to speak to anyone at singer.
I also have been sending e-mails to the customer care e-mail address but have not had a response back.
The singer name in my family has always been a good one ever since i can remember. I dont think I will ever buy anthing with that name attached to again.
I anyone can help please let me know what I can do
