I too was ripped off by singerlazerstorm. I ordered my package for $188.40. They charged my account for $453.70. I finally got ahold of them, and they said I was billed twice and they would refund me $206.85. (somehow my order was now for $226.85).
I also wrote numerous e-mails to them and received their standard form letter saying that they would get in touch with me within 24 hours. Four e-mails later, I still get no response. When I call, I'm put on 'terminal hold'. Today I filed a dispute form with my bank. We'll see how that turns out. I'm also going to call the tv station that aired their infomercial and inform them that people are getting ripped off. I'm very willing to talk to the media about this.
