I ordered 1 of the SingerLazerStorm vac machines with the advertised 1 free offer via the phone. What I got was 4. I waited 4 months for the advertised steam cleaner which I ordered special hoses for, but received none.
I was directed to call IGIA after I tried numerous times to call Singer, and was then directed to contact them via the internet. I have not received a bill nor the free steam vac, but my credit company was charged $371.67.
What can I do?
