I ordered the "buy one get one free" Singer Lazer Storm vacuum cleaner on July 25. I was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. On July 27 my Discover credit card was billed for $353.70, double what it should have been. I emailed the customer service dept, but they did not respond. I tried 3 times to call the company's customer service dept but gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes.
On August 9 I still had not received my products or heard from the company. I called the cust. Service department again (1-800-711-8357) and waited on hold for 30 minutes, finally talked to an agent. She told me I was billed for 4 vacuum cleaners and they had not yet been shipped. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, I told her yes I did. She gave me a cancellation number & I thought the matter was finished.
This is now 24 August and my credit card has not been refunded and I have not received any products from this company. I have filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau this morning. I wish I had checked with the BBB web site prior to ordering the vacuum cleaners. The company has an "F" rating due to prior complaints.
