I realize that we live in a desert and air conditioning is in high demand. But I would have figured companies in this business would welcome all the business and be appreciative of their customers. Well I was wrong. After waiting for them for a week, one of them finally showed up with an attitude.
"Hi miss, broke your air conditioning, did you?", that was his introduction when I opened the door. I said nothing and showed him to the unit. He's walky talky sprang to life - the office was calling. "where the h*ll are you?", "I am at the this house over on the northwest side, what the h*ll is going on?"
The conversation went on like that for 20 minutes about 2 previuos places he visited, and both were calling to complain about the units having not been fixed. Then he turn to me and said, missy I've got to go. I said how about my air conditioning?"talk to my boss, I've had it with this sh*t!" and he left.
So I called, a guy named Tom (introduced himself as the manager) picked up the phone. I told him what happened. Ignoring everthing I had said, he replied, "So owhen do you want to reshedule, is next Monday (4 days later) between 12 and 6 good for you?" I just hung up, and called someone else.
