This business has a very interesting frame of mind, and that is... They will never run out of suckers in this town so no matter how customers they screw, they'll have more calling them anyways.
No, I am not just saying this, because I am angry, I was actually told this by more than a couple of their technicians at different occasions who were forced to come and fix a problem in the evening for a call that I reported the day before.
The owner doesn't want residential customers getting away with paying day rates - is not like they're a business that can suite us. That was amost a direct quote from one of the technicians!
I no longer call them. Actually there are honest business guys out there that are not out to screw you at every corner.
