I wasted yearly maint. Fee with these guys with the promis of getting priority service when I call. But I never once was given anything more than lip service. And when the technicians show up, they mostly acted like they were doing me a favor. Having read the other complaint about them on your site, now it makes sense why I am always treated lile a second class citizen with this company. My suggestion... Do not ever be taken by these guys.
